I amaze myself sometimes, it isn’t often but it does happen. I decided to take advantage of today’s horfrost and hit the campus and try to get some decent shots, I made it a point not to do the cliche thing and shoot the frost itself on objects with a shallow depth of field, instead, I wanted to take use the horfrost to my benefit and enhance my photos.

I have always wanted to shoot this sculpture on the quad at The University of North Dakota, I figured today was as good as any to accomplish that.

I had to wait until classes ended to make sure I was able to snap the photo as someone was walking underneath it.
